These Terms govern https://olibco.com and orders for seasonal décor. The seller is OLIVIA BARKLEY NJ INC (“we”). OLIBCO is the trade name of OLIVIA BARKLEY NJ INC. Using the Site or paying for an order means you accept these Terms and the Privacy, Shipping, and Refund policies posted at the time of that visit or payment.

1. The seller

OLIBCO is the trade name customers see on the site. The contract is with OLIVIA BARKLEY NJ INC, 6000 Steubenville Pike, Ste 102, Mc Kees Rocks, PA 15136, United States. Invoices, refunds, and tax documents use the corporation name, not only the shop name.

This is our business address. We do not operate a walk-in store and do not offer in-store pickup.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to place an order, or a parent or guardian must place it. The Site is not directed at children.

3. Products

Listings are seasonal décor: fabric dolls, party masks, resin figures, and similar pieces. Color and gloss can shift a little from the photo. Dimensions on the page are the spec. Lifestyle photos may include furniture or props that are not included. We may cancel a line with an obvious price error and refund that line.

Unless a page says otherwise, items are decorations, not certified toys, not weatherproof outdoor fixtures, not electrical goods, and not safety masks or protective eyewear.

4. Orders and payment

Checkout is an offer to buy. We accept or reject that offer by charging the card and sending an order email, or by cancelling and refunding. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax follows checkout and the Shipping Policy.

5. Shipping

We ship only to the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Standard shipping is $5.99 USD per order. Packing usually starts within 1–3 weekdays after payment clears. After the first carrier scan, transit is commonly 5–10 weekdays. From payment to the door a common range is 6–13 weekdays. Dates are estimates. The Shipping Policy controls the detail.

6. Returns

You must have written approval before you mail a return. Approved returns ship to OLIVIA BARKLEY NJ INC, 6000 Steubenville Pike, Ste 102, Mc Kees Rocks, PA 15136, United States. Unused eligible pieces are refunded to the original payment method. We do not swap one character or color for another. The Refund Policy controls the window, the photos we need, and who pays the return label.

7. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the catalog, overload the checkout, or reuse our photos as your own listings. Do not use the Site to send malware or to harvest other customers’ data.

8. Intellectual property

The OLIBCO name, product photos, and page copy belong to OLIVIA BARKLEY NJ INC or its licensors. You may not copy the catalog for a competing shop.

9. Disclaimer

The Site and the products are provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that a listing photo will match every screen, or that a carrier will hit the short end of the transit range.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, liability tied to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that a statute says we cannot limit.

11. Governing law

These Terms follow the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, except where a mandatory consumer statute in your state applies. Email us before you file a claim so we can look at the order file.
