2. Information we collect

You may give us name, email, phone, billing and shipping addresses, order notes, and a password if you create an account. We collect IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, and cookie IDs automatically. Payment cards are handled by the checkout processor; we do not store full card numbers on the Site. Carriers send delivery scans and delivery photos when they take them.

3. How we use it

We use this information to take payment, pack décor, send tracking, answer return mail, keep tax records, prevent fraud, and send transactional mail about an order. Marketing mail goes out only if you opt in. We do not sell personal information as that phrase is used in the CCPA.

4. Cookies

Essential cookies keep the cart and checkout working. Analytics and advertising cookies, if enabled, help us see which listings are opened. You can block non-essential cookies in the browser. Blocking essential cookies may stop checkout.

5. Sharing

We share information with the store host, payment processor, carriers, email vendor, and security tools that run the shop; with advisers when the law requires a file; with a buyer if the corporation or the catalog is sold; and with authorities when a statute or a valid order requires it.

6. Retention

Order, shipping, and tax records are kept as long as bookkeeping and tax rules require. Account passwords remain until you delete the account or we close unused accounts. Cookie IDs follow the life of that cookie.

7. Your rights

Email service@olibco.com to ask for access, correction, or deletion where the law allows. Say which email placed the order. We may need to verify that the request comes from that address. California residents may also use the rights described in the CCPA for personal information we hold.

8. Children

Adults place the orders. Seasonal décor is not sold as a toy for children under 13 unless a product page says so in plain words. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We post updates on this page with a new “Last updated” date. The new text applies to information we collect after that date and to continued use of the Site.
